Adroite is the initiative of Datatech's founder Dr. Don Kirk Beatty resulting from Dr. Beatty's Leadership Studies Ph.D. experience at North Carolina A&T State University. At A&T Dr. Beatty focused on ethnic gender diversity and women in leadership with a specific dissertation focus of women of African descent identifing as African American or Black and their experiences on the path to and in the corporate boardroom.
